Downloading your files:
I have purchased an Instant Download but have not received an email.
On the website, you will be directed to your download links after payment. On Etsy the email will come within a few minutes of purchase & payment so check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you paid by e-check than your download will be available once your e-check clears. If you purchased through Etsy, you can access your download at any time by going into Your Account / Purchases in Etsy.
I am getting the message “There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired”.
You get this message if you click on the PDF file before it has finished downloading. Please allow time for the files to download before trying to open them. If you do receive this message, please download a new copy, and wait until the download has completed before trying to open it.
I get the error message “Adobe Reader could not open ‘filename.zip’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).”
You will receive this message if you attempt to open your ZIP file directly in Adobe Reader. ZIP files cannot be opened in Adobe Reader. You must first unzip your files before trying to open them in Adobe Reader.
To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.
To open a zipped file on a PC, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it.
Double-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one in the Select a Destination window.
I have tried downloading the files but nothing happens.
Some of the files are quite large so it may take a bit of time for the files to download. If you feel that isn't your issue, you may want to clear your download history. Try shutting your web browser and reopening it (or doing a full computer restart). This should clear your history. Now try downloading the files again. Also ensure that your web browser is up to date (especially is using Windows Explorer).
